2. Description of Service

BizWidgets provides free, embeddable Notion widgets for business professionals. Widgets are self-contained HTML files hosted on the Site that can be embedded in Notion workspaces and other platforms via URL.

3. Use of Widgets

You may use BizWidgets widgets for personal and commercial purposes at no charge. You may embed widgets in your Notion workspace, website, or other platforms. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the widget code. You may not modify or host the widget files on your own servers without permission.

4. No Account Required

BizWidgets does not require account creation, login, or registration. All widgets are freely accessible via URL.

5. Availability

BizWidgets is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or availability. We may modify, update, or remove widgets at any time without notice. Embedded widgets depend on the continued availability of the Site.

6. Intellectual Property

All widget designs, code, content, and branding on BizWidgets.com are the property of BizWidgets. Daily rotating content (quotes, terms, prompts) is curated for educational purposes and attributed where applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

BizWidgets is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Site or its widgets, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or inaccurate information displayed by widgets.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

BizWidgets collects minimal data. We do not require accounts, passwords, or personal information to use our widgets.

We collect the following through third-party services:

Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. This collects anonymized data including pages visited, time on site, browser type, device type, and approximate geographic location. No personally identifiable information is collected through Google Analytics.

Contact Form (Formspree): If you submit our contact form, your name, email address, and message are sent to us via Formspree. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties.

2. Cookies

Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish unique visitors and track sessions. These are standard analytics cookies and do not contain personal information. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree and stored according to their privacy policy.

4. Data Stored in Widgets

BizWidgets widgets run entirely in your browser. No data you input into interactive widgets (such as calculators) is transmitted to our servers or stored anywhere. All calculations and interactions happen locally on your device.

5. Third-Party Embeds

When you embed a BizWidgets widget in Notion or another platform, your browser loads the widget directly from BizWidgets.com. Standard web server logs may record your IP address and browser information as part of normal web traffic. These logs are used for security and performance monitoring only.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this section.
